Cancellation before shipment

The shipment procedure begins once the payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. This means you only have a limited amount of time to cancel your order before it is packaged and set aside for delivery. As a result, if the order has not yet been dispatched, you can make modifications or cancel it.

In these situations, the order will be cancelled and refund procedure begins immediately; however, depending on the mode of transaction and your bank’s terms and conditions, it may take 4-10 days for your money to appear in your account.

Cancellation post shipment

Once the package has been handed over to the courier provider from our end, we do not accept order cancellations.

Even though we have no influence over orders placed by visitors on our website, we do have ultimate power over their fulfillment. If an order is judged fraudulent or malicious, we may put it on hold or cancel it without obligation. We also retain the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are inconsistencies in product pricing on the website or if stock is unavailable. Before approving any order, we may demand additional verification or information.
