Return, Refund, Exchange Policy

At Shining You, we value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

To ensure a smooth and fair process, please record a clear 360° unboxing video when opening your package.

  • Show the parcel from all angles before opening.
  • Include the shipping label in the video.
  • Record the full unboxing without pauses or edits.

This helps us quickly verify any issues and arrange a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.

Without the video proof, we may not be able to process your request.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The unboxing video clearly shows the issue.
  • Claims without the required video proof will not be eligible.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • Missing unboxing video or incomplete proof.

Exchanges

Returning the item you have is the quickest approach to assure you get what you want, and after the return is accepted, we will ship out your chosen goods. Please note that we only accept exchanges if the item is delivered wrongly or is damaged and Shining You decides to replace it.

Only the following conditions will be acceptable for returns:

  1. The product has not been damaged as a result of abuse or overuse.
  2. Price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories were all returned in their original packing.
  3. The serial number and the original packing have not been tampered with.
  4. The product has never been used or tampered with.
  5. If the request is made within two business days of the order being delivered.
  6. That’s not a free item. It does not fall under the category of exceptions.
  7. Products that are defective yet are not covered by the seller’s or manufacturer’s warranty.

  • The 360° unboxing video
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
