Return, Refund, Exchange Policy

Wrong item delivered
We offer a 2-day return/exchange policy in case the wrong item is delivered, which means you have two days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

The goods must be in its original packaging without tampered, including price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories, as well as the receipt or proof of purchase, to be eligible for a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] or on our instagram with the image of the product and the purchase proof. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you information on how to ship your package and where to send it. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 24-48 hours if it is defective, damaged, or leaking so that we can investigate and correct the problem. In such circumstances, we will either provide an exchange or a discount on your next purchase, depending on Shining You’s discretion.

To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] or message us on Instagram with the unboxing video and image of the product, as well as the purchase invoice, within 2 business days.

Exchanges 
Returning the item you have is the quickest approach to assure you get what you want, and after the return is accepted, we will ship out your chosen goods. Please note that we only accept exchanges if the item is delivered wrongly or is damaged and Shining You decides to replace it.

Only the following conditions will be acceptable for returns:

  1. The product has not been damaged as a result of abuse or overuse
  2. Price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories were all returned in their original packing.
  3. The serial number and the original packing have not been tampered with.
  4. The product has never been used or tampered with.
  5. If the request is made within two business days of the order being delivered.
  6. That’s not a free item. It does not fall under the category of exceptions.
  7. Products that are defective yet are not covered by the seller’s or manufacturer’s warranty.
