Deliveries to Northeastern states and other remote or difficult-to-reach locations may sometimes require an additional 2–3 days due to courier routes, accessibility, transportation availability, or other logistical factors.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking details and courier information through email, SMS, or Instagram DM.

You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment.

4. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with established courier partners, occasional delays may occur after dispatch due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number through our support email or WhatsApp.

We will check the shipment status with the courier and assist you with the available information.
