Delivery process

Once we receive the order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

Following the quality inspection, it will be carefully packed and delivered to our reliable delivery partner.

The package will be delivered to you as soon as possible by our delivery partners. They will call you to rectify the problem if they are unable to reach your stated address or at a convenient time.

If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 6-24 hours so that we may investigate; otherwise, we will be unable to investigate the order once the TAT has passed.

Packaging

Our items are packed in outer boxes that are then wrapped in a tamper-resistant plastic covering depending on the need. Each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile goods such as bottles are further protected with extra bubble wrap to ensure safe packaging.

Dispatching process and Tracking your orders

We make every effort to ship your orders within a one to three working days of receiving them.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/Instagram DM with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You will receive your order in 5-8 days depending on your location.

Shipping charges

We charge a shipping fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹500 and free shipping for all orders above ₹500.
